{"id":637,"date":"2024-04-05T00:29:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T00:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/solardepot.co.id\/solar-depot-melakukan-kerja-sama-dengan-alca-metals-dukung-realisasi-tkdn-energi-terbarukan\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T07:36:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T07:36:14","slug":"solar-depot-and-alca-metals-forge-strategic-partnership-to-strengthen-local-content-in-indonesias-renewable-energy-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/solardepot.co.id\/en\/blog\/solar-depot-and-alca-metals-forge-strategic-partnership-to-strengthen-local-content-in-indonesias-renewable-energy-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Solar Depot and ALCA Metals Forge Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Local Content in Indonesia\u2019s Renewable Energy Sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Deli Serdang, 5 April, 2024 \u2013 Solar Depot (PT ATW Sejahtera) dan ALCA Metals melalui PT Solar Mart Energy (Sun Star Solar) menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) atau Nota Kesepahaman dalam mewujudkan komitmen dan dukungan atas realisasi pemanfaatan Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) pada subsektor energi baru terbarukan dan konservasi energi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah strategis ini diambil sebagai bentuk komitmen nyata Solar Depot dalam mendukung peningkatan Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) pada subsektor energi baru terbarukan (EBT) dan konservasi energi di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah ini sejalan dengan Permenperin No. 23 Tahun 2023 (Perubahan Kedua atas Permenperin No. 54\/2012) mengenai pedoman penggunaan produk dalam negeri untuk infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan. Regulasi ini mewajibkan nilai TKDN minimal 60% untuk modul surya, yang akan mulai diberlakukan secara efektif pada 1 Januari 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prosesi penandatanganan MoU dilakukan oleh Direktur Utama Solar Depot (PT ATW Sejahtera), Antonius Weno, bersama Direktur Utama PT Solar Mart Energy, Riady Lukman. Acara yang berlangsung di Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara pada Senin (8\/4) ini turut dihadiri dan disaksikan oleh Sukanto Lukman (Direktur PT Alfo Citra Abadi) serta Juan Davis (Direktur PT Triputra Visi Energi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antonius Weno mengungkapkan bahwa kolaborasi dengan ALCA Metals merupakan langkah strategis perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan produk dalam negeri sekaligus melakukan efisiensi biaya. Upaya ini dilakukan tanpa mengurangi standar kualitas produk yang ditawarkan kepada seluruh konsumen, khususnya di segmen industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Paidy Lukman menuturkan bahwa kerja sama ini menjadi jembatan bagi Sun Star Solar untuk berkontribusi lebih besar pada kemajuan energi terbarukan melalui produk aluminium berkualitas global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSelain itu, kerja sama ini merupakan bentuk sinergi dalam menciptakan ekosistem usaha yang lebih tangguh,\u201d jelas Paidy Lukman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Davis menambahkan bahwa kolaborasi ini semakin memperkuat kompetensi grup sebagai pionir energi terbarukan yang berfokus sebagai perusahaan EPC (<em>Engineering, Procurement, and Construction<\/em>) di bidang tenaga surya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tentang PT Solar Mart Energi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdiri sejak tahun 1985, PT Solar Mart Energi merupakan Group Perusahaan Alca Metals yang melakukan pengembangan di bidang energi terbarukan dengan kegiatan usaha manufaktur alumunium terintegrasi yang berlokasi di Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Selain memenuhi kebutuhan market domestik, saat ini 90% hasil produksi ALCA Metals juga diekspor ke berbagai negara di Australia, Eropa, Amerika, dan Afrika.
